Hire Information
Hire of the The River Room includes full use of 10 round and 10 rectangle tables, 8 leaners, 100 chairs, projector with drop down screen, whiteboard, lectern, 55” television, small stage, microphones with fully integrated sound system, BBQs and outside sink area and all post event cleaning.
It does not include access to the kitchen or bar areas.
The venue is fully licensed, and is strictly no BYO. Our exclusive catering can provide all your catering requirements from Weddings to Seminars, Corporate Xmas Parties, Wakes, Birthdays, Cocktail Parties or BBQs.

Discounts
Discounts apply to regular long term hire by community groups by negotiation. These also apply to existing fully financial members of the NRUFC.
Unfortunately the venue is not for hire for adult birthdays up to 24 years of age, hens nights, bucks nights, before and after school ball functions.
Bond
NRUFC reserves the right to charge a bond for the use of the River Room and or the BBQs.
Security
NRUFC reserves the right for licensed security staff to be in attendance for the duration of the function at the hirers expense as a condition of hire to ensure liquor licensing requirements are met.
Person Hiring the Venue
Due to strict liquor licensing requirements the hirer who has booked the function must be on the premises for the entire duration of the function if alcohol is served and is ultimately responsible for any damage to the premises or outstanding charges.
